Since 2005 Can Too participants have shown that success in reaching both fitness and fundraising goals comes from a step-by-step approach. Start small, aim big, and never give up. Best of all – we’ve done all the hard work for you.
We provide a day-by-day training program and hold benchmark nights (followed by dinner at the pub) to measure (and celebrate) your progress toward race day.
Trust that your goal really is achievable … even if you it doesn’t feel that way at the start! Since 2005 we’ve trained 13,500 people just like you to run/swim/ride their way to funding cancer research.
Our programs are realistic. We don’t expect you to be able to run a half marathon to be able to train for a half marathon. All you need to achieve at the first week of training is a 25 minute run/walk. We believe that if you believe in yourself, you can too!
Set yourself a goal that’s timely. Can Too’s training programs have a start date, and you’re all working toward the same race day together, celebrating the milestones along the way.
