Central Coast Half Marathon Program 2023

Progress Update Oct 31st

We are now 8 weeks into the program, and although my attendance on Wednesday and Saturday's has been somewhat intermittent due to work commitments, I managed to survive the 18km run this weekend, following up the 16km run in Cairns the week before!
I am two toe-nails down, and have pretty much destroyed an ITB, although it does not hurt too much while actually running!
We have 18km this weekend and then a gentle taper down to help prepare for the run itself in 4 weeks.
My daughter-in-law is coming along to keep me company - she will be finished, and have bought me coffee before I get to the end!
Thanks to all of the supporters I am humbled to have been assisted by, I have reached my elevated target of $6,000 for this event, and have exceeded $30,000 in my Can-Too career, which is brilliant!
