Running tip of the week

It's very imporant to have the correct form while running otherwise injuries can occur.

Running Technique tip

Run like a ski jumper. Running is a controlled fall. 

1. Lean forward with your chest and chin 
2. Don't bend at the waist
3. Let gravity carry you forward
