Terms & Conditions
Definitions:
Organiser: Can Too Foundation Limited (ABN 53 169 310 696).
Sponsor: Any entity providing financial or in-kind support to the Organiser.
Released Persons: The Organiser, its Sponsors, related entities, staff, Board members, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates.
By registering for and participating in CanToo Run Club, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness (including infectious diseases), accidents, adverse weather, wildlife interactions, vehicle travel, and the conduct of other participants or third parties.
- You voluntarily accept full responsibility for assessing and managing the risks associated with your participation.
- You warrant that you are in appropriate physical and mental condition to participate safely and have undertaken suitable training and preparation.
- You agree to withdraw from Run Club should you become unfit or medically unable to continue.
- You release and discharge the Released Persons from any liability (including negligence, breach of contract or statutory duty) for any loss, damage, illness, injury, or death arising from your participation in Run Club, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- You consent to the use of media captured during Run Club activities to be used for promotional purposes by CanToo or Sponsors without compensation. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by getting in touch directly with Can Too Foundation.
