Fundraising Commitment

A fundraising commitment is the minimum we ask you to commit to raising when you register for a CanToo training program or adventure challenge. The funds you raise support both vital cancer research and future CanToo programs, ultimately helping people lead longer, healthier lives. Every participant that reaches their commitment is recognised and celebrated as a Fundraising Star.

How long do I have to fundraise?

Your fundraising page will be created as soon as you register for a training program or adventure challenge. You will be able to add some personalised messaging to your page letting people know your motivation for supporting CanToo.

You can start fundraising straightaway once you have registered for a program to get a head start on reaching your target. Once you have completed your CanToo program, you have until 30 days after the end of your program which will be on your last training session to meet your fundraising commitment.

For adventure challenges, you have until 30 days from the last day of the CanToo adventure challenge to meet your fundraising commitment.

What if I don’t fundraise the minimum commitment by the due date?

We care about our people and understand circumstances change. If you find yourself in circumstances beyond your control, please contact us at info@cantoo.org.au.

What if the program is cancelled?

If CanToo needs to cancel a program, CanToo will get in touch with you directly to discuss any changes to your fundraising commitment.
