CanToo's 2026 Marathon program prize draw: Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over who register for the CanToo 2026 Marathon program. Each eligible registration automatically receives one entry into the prize draw.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- Multiple entries by the same individual will not be accepted.
- Employees, contractors (including Coaches), board members, and the immediate families of the Can Too Foundation may take part in the program but are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
- Only active participants at the time of the draw will be eligible for entry into the prize draw.
2. Entry Period
Entries open from 1 February 2026 and close at 9am (AEST) on 9 April 2026.
3. The Draw
The winner will be drawn at random using a computerised random selection tool, or another method determined by the adjudicator in accordance with the Community Gaming Act 2018 and Community Gaming Regulation 2020.
The draw will take place in Sydney on Tuesday 28 April 2026.
4. The Prize
The prize consists of one (1) pair of ASICS SUPERBLAST 3 at $340 AUD. The winner will be notified by email using the email address provided at registration to the 2026 Marathon program within two (2) business days of the draw. The prize will be delivered to the winners address. The colourway of the SUPERBLAST 3 prize will be decided by ASICS at the time of the prize draw.
If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification, a redraw will take place at the same location on Tuesday 19 May 2026.
5. General Conditions
- The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- In the event the prize becomes unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- In the event the 2026 Marathon program does not go ahead, the promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize draw.
- The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
6. Authority and Promoter Details
The promoter is Can Too Foundation Ltd (ABN 53 169 310 696) of Suite 803/1 Elizabeth Plaza, North Sydney NSW 2060.
