Even though we can’t meet face-to-face at the moment, we want to make sure that we are supporting our community and helping you reach your health and fitness goals. So we’ve developed a free, virtual Ready to Run 4km program as our gift to you.
We have kept it simple. No special gym equipment is needed. Do you have runners? Something that keeps time? Ready to run four kilometres? You will be in just four weeks!
Coaching Manager, Penny Nolton has designed this program to safely take you, no matter where you are in your fitness journey, to be ready to start training for even greater challenges. The best part? You’ll be smiling the whole time.
Not only will we get you running/walking in the fresh air three times a week (if you're able to, of course). The program comes bundled with cardio, strength and mindfulness training plus a whole host of nutrition tips and recipes.
All you need to do is to be consistent, and as a result, safe. You'll be running/walking three times a week, so make sure you're getting a day in between each of those sessions to rest. We encourage you to get out during the day, soak up some sunlight and enjoy the moment!
