Roughly 1 in 2 of us will receive a cancer diagnosis in our lifetime. This is a statistic that we need to change.
So, I've decided to take on a personal challenge with the support of CanToo, to raise funds along the way that could be life-changing. From supporting the ongoing health promotion work CanToo provides, to funding incredible, innovative early-career cancer researchers.

My swim challenge
Sunday 30th NovHi everyone, I’m 4 weeks into a 12 week ocean swimming challenge to help raise money for cancer research. Wow it’s tougher than I expected! This week our beach session was tough and I felt like I was never going to make it back into the beach, but somehow my second wind kicked in and actually made the 2.5km distance!
I’m definitely being pushed to my limits but I’m going to persist to the end as this personally means a lot to me as I lost my dear Dad to leukaemia, as well as other close family members to cancer.
