Upping the ante for February... 2km for $2K!
Monday 1st FebI did it!! Yesterday, I conquered the 1km Palm Beach (aka Summer Bay) Little Big Swim, yaaaaay!
I was hopelessly nervous beforehand, but felt amazing afterwards. I even managed to catch a wave in at the end, which all felt a bit victorious!
NOW, the gauntlet has been thrown down by various people to do the 2km swim at the North Bondi Classic coming up the week after next (rather than the 1km I’m currently signed up to). I never ever thought I could swim 1km in the ocean, let alone 2km, but I've come this far so what's an extra 1000m... eek.
So, I need your help - let’s do this...
At the moment, I’m just shy of having raised $1700, so I’m thinking it would be poetic to be able to raise $2K to do the 2km.

I absolutely could not be doing this without SO much support behind me from all the wonderful peeps who have been so generous both with donations and with moral support, a wonderful, fun pod of fellow Can Too swimmers, and a brilliantly supportive group of coaches, captains and mentors! It really is an amazing organisation.
