Week 7 update
I have survived 7 weeks of training and feeling great (I may not say that tomorrow). We are really getting into the business end of training now with a 14km run this morning and they are only getting longer from here. It hasn't all been sunshine and rainbows but I am feeling so much fitter and stronger than 7 weeks ago when I struggled to run 3km without stopping.
A reminder that we are holding our trivia night fundraiser on 14th Novemeber at Maitland Park Bowling Club at 6:30pm. Tickets are $150 per table of 10.
A big THANK YOU to everyone who purchased doubles for the NRL Grand Final and the Gowards for all of their help.
1 month in and i'm still alive.

4 weeks ago I started the Cantoo program and never thought that in a months time I'd be running 10km up a hill and survive it. It has been much more enjoyable than I'd ever thought it could be and our coach, mentors and team captain are amazing and super supportive.
So why am I torturing myself to the point that I'm laying in bed on a Sunday morning wondering if my legs are going to work at all today? To raise money to help researchers find a cure for cancer. Without donations and fundraising programs such as Cantoo, Cure Cancer Australia and The Cancer Council, cancer research would not be able to do the amazing work they are. So dig deep people and if you can spare some change, follow the link and donate to a great cause.
Good Luck.
