I'm training and fundraising for cancer research with Can Too
I am raising valuable funds that go towards innovation in the prevention, care and control of cancer through Cure Cancer Australia and Cancer Council NSW.
It is almost 10 years since my beautiful niece was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and helping to support this reserach is very dear to my heart.
As part of this I am training for an event with Can Too, a health promotion organisation that engages and inspires individuals and the community to achieve personal health, wellbeing and altruistic goals.

Machu Picchu challenge 2019
Sunday 3rd Mar
My first Cantoo challenge was in 2017. Our small group raised $60,000 when we trekked to Everest Base Camp in Nepal.
Cantoo is so inspirational, I’m off on another challenge. This time to Machu Picchu.
Like so many, I have lost dear friends and family to cancer. My gorgeous niece died just before her 25th birthday having been diagnosed with Ovarian cancer a few years earlier. Although, great advances are being made into cancer treatment, there is still a long way to go, especially for some of the rarer cancers.
I am so inspired by the mission of Cantoo, not only their fund raising for cancer research but their contribution to cancer prevention by encouraging and supporting people to achieve physical challenges that might at times feel impossible.
This time, I hope to raise $3000. Thank you so much for supporting my fundraising challenge.
