DERRO Swims 10k for $10k
Hey All
I am swimming the 10k Solo South Head Rough Water to raise money for Cantoo and the Black Dog Institute.
I hope you can throw some money at it.
The Southhead Rough Water is a 10k swim from Bondi to Watons Bay. It would be great if you could come along and have a beer at the end. The Watsons Bay hotel will be pumping. And after swimming 10k I will be a cheap round.
I am dedicating the swim to my Father and step father. I started swimming to help process to loss of my step father Paul Eaton to cancer in 2005, Paul was a great bloke and a big influence on me, his illness was a hard thing to deal. In 2009 my father passed away, Dad was a competitive runner in his younger years and a top bloke that I love and miss everyday.
The funds that I rasie will be split evenly between Cantoo and The Blackdog Institute.
