Hard session tonight but needed given the 14km run on Saturday! Looking forward to the scenery!

What a way to spend a Saturday morning, 13kms round the bay in Leichhardt all before 9am!
The first 5km time trail
This afternoon I set myself a personal goal to complete this time trial in under 40 mins, tonight I achieve it! 5.06kms complete in 32.25 minutes!
Bring on the 10 kms this weekend!
My First distance run!
On Saturday I went out and did my first distance run, now for someone that hasn't done any form of exercise for the last 12 months, the thought of running 8kms from Moore Park to Coogee up and down 2 hills was a little scary. The good news is I ran the whole way and although it took me 61 mins I completed the task that had been set!
