CanToo is supporting Marsh employees to hit their running goals!
From 20 May to 7 August 2025, this 11 week coached training program will support you if you are:

An aspiring runner, wanting to start your running journey.

A casual runner, looking to up your distance (we will train you up to 14km)
-
A regular runner, looking to improve your knowlegde of running, and your pace.

Our Coaches are experts in turning aspiring runners into real-life runners! If you're concerned about your ability, please contact us.
If you're unable to take part in the program but wish to show your support, you can make a donation below.
You'll train twice a week under the guidance of a supportive, experienced running Coach with an excellent track-record in training first-timers to successfully complete their goal event.
Your Tuesday sessions will typically cover:

How to run more efficiently

Improving core strength

Proper breathing techniques

Understanding injury prevention

Presentations by guest speakers
Your Thursday long run sessions will typically:

Focus on running form
-
Build endurance
-
Improve mental focus
-
Work on pacing and race strategy

When you sign up to the Marsh Program, a personal fundraising page will be automatically made for you, which you'll receive a link to in your confirmation email.
There is no obligation to fundraise as part of this program, however, if you do wish to fundraise, we recommend sharing your personal fundraising page with your loved ones for them to make a donation and support you quickly and easily.
The funds you raise could help improve people's lives. This could include support with funding ground-breaking research into prevention, treatments and cures for cancer, as well as supporting future CanToo programs to improve the health and fitness of people in Australia.
