Join our Winter Run Training for an opportunity to train twice a week with an experienced Coach, and to stay connected to your CanToo running community.
We'll help you maintain and build on your fitness and improve your running ability over the course of 12 weeks, starting from w/c 19 May until w/c 4 August.
You'll be supported to continue running distances of up to 10km or 14km, depending on what your personal goal is. Perfect for if you're signed up to the Sydney Harbour 10k* on Sunday 27 July or City2Surf's* 14km race on Sunday 10 August.

Please note: Your CanToo program fee includes coaching, admin costs and track entry, where applicable. Event entry is payable separately through the relevant event website.
*These are not CanToo supported events, and therefore CanToo staff will not be in attendance on race day.
You'll train twice a week under the guidance of a supportive, experienced running Coach with an excellent track-record in training first-timers to successfully complete their goal event.

Saturday distance runs typically:
- Focus on running form
- Build endurance
- Improve mental focus
- Work on pacing and race strategy
You'll also receive a training program with additional suggestions for workouts throughout the week.

There is no obligation to fundraise for your Winter Run Training.
However, if you would like to get your loved ones involved and donating to support you, a fundraising page will automatically be set up and sent to you once you have registered.
Perhaps if you're taking part in Sydney Harbour 10k or City2Surf, you could take this as an opportunity to fundraise for us while training for your upcoming challenge?
Any donations you raise could go on to support ground-breaking cancer research, as well as support ongoing CanToo programs to promote healthy lifestyles. We are grateful for any fundraising you are able to do whilst part of this program.
