This 14 week training program will take place in the Inner West of Sydney, from w/c 12 May - 17 August.
Whether a half marathon is a new distance for you, or you're already a half marathoner wanting to maintain your fitness, or you're booked onto the start line of the Mudgee Half Marathon this August, this pod is for you! Please note that the Mudgee Half is not a CanToo supported event, therefore CanToo staff will not be in attendance on race day.
You'll also be joined by a few extra CanToo-ers in your sessions who are taking on our Marathon training. Don't worry - you won't be forced to run a marathon!

Please note: Your CanToo program fee covers coaching, admin costs and track entry, where applicable. Event entry is payable separately through the relevant event website.
Mid-week interval training typically cover:
- How to run more efficiently
- Improving core strength
- Proper breathing techniques
- Understanding injury prevention
- Presentations by guest speakers
Saturday distance runs typically:
- Focus on running form
- Build endurance
- Improve mental focus
- Work on pacing and race strategy
