IMPORTANT: This program is for Probuild employees only.

You can view public programs or find your corporate.

Join group coaching twice/week for up to 16 weeks.

You will train twice per week under a qualified coach preparing for the the Blackmores Marathon OR Blackmores Half Marathon.

The official Probuild Team are committing to fundraising $10,000 for Aussie cancer research in a committment to creating a cancer-free future.

Tuesdays start 6.00am at The Domain  during these interval sessions you will:

  • Learn how to run more efficiently
  • Learn proper breathing techniques
  • Improve core strength
  • Learn about injury prevention

Thursdays start 6.00am at The Domain  during these tempo run / strength sessions you will:

  • Build endurance
  • Work on pacing and race strategy
  • Improve mental focus
  • Focus on running form
