Glenbrook Trail Run
Training starts 16 May 2018.
Take your runs safely off the bitumen and get in touch with nature. With its fair share of beautiful single and fire trails, the Glenbrook Trail Run is a true trail running experience with some challenging climbs, spectacular scenery and some downhills – a great bush escape and only an hour from Sydney.
This program trains for the 25km and 34km distances, with the Glenbrook Trail Run course taking runners on a tour of the all the major points of interest in the National Park from Lookouts, Aboriginal Artwork and some rarely seen places!!! Glenbrook 34km is a qualifier event for the Six Foot Track Marathon. We can help you get there.
At Can Too we pride ourselves on ensuring that our participants – whether they’re beginners or experienced runners – get over the line on race day. Our coaches, team captains and mentors are there every step of the way to help you through your physical and fundraising journey.

My Can Too training program was life changing. I was headed towards a very unhealthy state and had lost confidence in my ability to turn it around. The event will be great on Sunday but what I'll really take away is the enjoyment and confidence of being fitter and the ability to run again.
I can honestly Can Too has improved every facet of my life, from achieving fitness goals I never thought possible to believing in myself and raising nearly $5,000 for cancer research. I am currently in my third program (now a marathon!) and trust Can Too, knowing they empower me to achieve my dreams.
