 Can Too is a program where novices and seasoned athletes alike receive professional coaching, as part of a team, to run or swim in an endurance event, while raising money for breakthrough cancer research.  You don't have to be a runner or swimmer to join Can Too!!! We train you!!!

Hi, I'm Deborah Knight from Channel Ten.  I didn't  consider myself to be much of a runner  but I decided to take part in Cure Cancer Australia's Can Too running program.  You can too contribute by helping to raise funds to directly support breakthrough cancer research. I did it!  You can too!!

Can Too now has the following  new  training locations

Marathon training locations - North and East

Half Marathon and 9k training locations- West, East, Macquarie University, Northern Beaches, North and Day time North

Melbourne in 2009!!!!
















 

Can Too trains for the following events

SWIM!

 

  • Macquarie Big Swim, Palm Beach to Whale Beach 2.7k, January 2009
  • Cole Classic, Manly Beach, 2k, 1k, February 2009
  • Train at either east, north or south, or northern beaches locations. Can Too Swim coaching includes a weekly coached pool session and a coached Saturday surf session.

RUN!

 

  •  Blackmores Sydney Running Festival  Train for a Marathon, Half Marathon or 9k. Training started in May 08 for the Marathon, June 18, 08 for the Half Marathon and July 16, 08 for the 9km for the race  on September 21, 2008

Train at either east, north, northern beaches or west, Macquarie University or North Daytime locations, for Blackmores Sydney Running Festival. Can Too Run coaching includes a weekly coached track session and a coached Saturday or midweek distance run. A day by day training guide is given to all participants.

  • SMH Half Marathon - Train for a Half Marathon (21km). Training starts in February 2009 for the race in May 2009.
