Keeping Active Supporters

Our philosophy is straightforward.  It is to motivate more women of all ages to regularly exercise by helping them feel better about themselves through improved  health, wellbeing, physical strength and confidence in a beautiful stimulating exercise environment.  We achieve this by constant follow up, support and motivation to  each member.  Body Shape is a very personal, friendly and fun environment; our members regularly become good friends with each other.  They not only benefit from regular exercise but also the support of like-minded women.
Fit Mamas runs group outdoor personal training and one-to-one sessions where your child is cared for by experienced nannies in plain view while you work out. Our aim is to help you regain and improve your general fitness, core stability and strength using exercise circuits, games, cardio and resistance training. Connect with other mums, have fun and keep working towards your exercise goals!  
   

Reciprocal Support

Shoes for Planet Earth is a non-profit association that collects clean used running shoes from around Australia and gives them, at no cost, to those in need both in Australia and internationally.  They also send shoes to groups of people who need sports shoes to enable them to participate in sporting activities.  Their address is www.shoesforplanetearth.com and Can Too is proud to support this cause.
