Jacinta has been involved in Athletics for 30 years and is still as passionate today as when she first started off in Little A’s at age 6. She moved through the ranks as a Heptathlete and 800m runner and has won numerous State, National and Pan Pacific medals. She was awarded a University Blue in Athletics from the University of Sydney, whilst she was studying for a Bachelor of Education in Human Movement. Jacinta is now the Co-ordinator of Sport at St Vincent’s College in Potts Point and is the Convenor of Athletics for the Independent Girls Schools Association (IGSSA). She is on the Committee for South Eastern Little Athletics where her two children now compete and also has several Personal Training clients. As a Level 2 coach she comes to ‘Can Too’ after participating in the program last year and wants to help others achieve their goals whilst raising money for such a worthy cause.
